Scalloped Edge for Kathy Dykstra's Preemie Diaper Shirt Pattern

Scalloped edging is made to be used with Kathy Dykstra's Preemie Diaper Shirt pattern. You must purchase this from her in her Etsy shop:

The design can be used with just a 5X7 hoop: 

The fronts & boy sleeves will work in a 5X7 hoop. The back can be stitched as one file with a large hoop (11")  OR in a 5X7 hoop using the split file. The split file for the back will take 2 hoopings. This is very easy to do & there will be extra directions & photos for doing so. The girls sleeve can be done in the 10 X 6 or larger. If you do not have this large hoop, you can use the boy sleeve & instead of turning it up as a cuff - leave it down - this would be having a straight scallop sleeve.

The boy sleeves are set to stitch at the same time. The girls ruffle sleeves come set to sew both at the same time OR one at a time....you would choose according to your fabric block.

This edging is for Kathy's V-shirt version. The edging is made completely in the hoop & is very easy & quick!  Comes with directions & photos that will be used along with Kathy's directions. 

The embroidery bear & duck are not included in the files, but may be bought separately.
